Agreed. However, like the highlighted paragraph noted Pelosi's trip is unprecedented because: - her position (3rd in line to the President), - the President's clear disapproval of her trip, - she was making "an alternative Democratic foreign policy" - Syria is a terrorist sponsoring state & is aiding terrorists going into Iraq - we are at war (including Iraq) That IMO, is beyond outrageous. If a Republican dog catcher who opposed the current ME foreign policy went to the ME against the wishes of a Dem Prez, it would be headline "newz" 24/7 until the trial for treason handed down a guilty verdict.
