Peter is happy because taxes went down. The dollar was cut in half but Taxes went down. So he's happy. did i say that already???

I have no opinion about what PRIVATE SECTOR employees "should get" as compensation. I would point out that your assertion of "400 million per year" is a gross exaggeration in this case. That was the entire value of his retirement package which was earned over many years.
