Given the $$ twenty million why would NOK accrue anything considering this is FRANDLY according to them? It would be nice if some analyst at the next opportunity asks them if they will be accruing anything to a loss provision account and if so at what percentage to the existing rate. I look forward to watching their margin numbers from hear on out. Not that I would relish having NOK as a chipset customer but I think that when all is said and done it will be so.

BD - $20m doesn't even represent a material part of the legal fees never mind the amounts due under the agreements. It is a pittance. Give me a break.
