Get off of it Raymond. You're analogies are not correct. I am tired of reading your repetitive posts. You have your POV (bias). The regulatory climate in the US is completely different. You were the one who talked about regs on the telecom industry and you were informed that those were standards of performance--not the type of standards the ETSI has which require IPR components. If equipment is required to meet the minimum noise requirements of the FCC, the manufacturer can do it any way it wants and through the use of any IPR or technology. That is an entirely different world.
