It is good for those who cashed out most of their chips. Bad for everybody else. No turnaround coming though I will say older work force built out single family areas close to the jobs of the big cities are not as oversupplied yet as the doom and gloom and media make it out to be. Those areas will get worse with more time but has different dynamics than the lack of end users, too many speculators and overbuilt hoods in the fast growing sunbelt markets..
