Don't know anything about the London case. One of the reports I was sent about a week ago listed all the litigation. I need to find it to see where it fits in.

UK was scheduled to come to trial in July 2, 2007. This was set around the end of the last year and I haven't heard of any changes.

The trial was set for 2/3 weeks and disclosure (or whatever it's called) got started around the end of February.
