Just saw this: April 11 (Reuters) - Cell Genesys Inc. (CEGE.O: Quote, Profile , Research) agreed to sell 10.8 million shares and warrants to buy 2.2 million shares for gross proceeds of $60 million. In a statement, the company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund development of its product candidates, including ongoing late-stage trials of its product, GVAX immunotherapy for prostate cancer. The offering is expected to close on April 16
