Well, I'm already in the real cave via my girl friend but I've been told this morning I'll be let in again with a plant, perennial...blue, the preferred color.

I think I'll go for this perennial like shrub: caryopteris....sometimes called blue spirea for the latin challenged. It prefers dry, sandy like soil. Cut down hard in the spring for a better bloom and health.

Maybe, I'll plant one outside your cave, rough cut, so when you ever decide to see the sun, you might also take wonder at the blue plumage that sits outside your cave.
