Thinking we are close enough to the top for government work.

I would short the market here but I'm a bit worried that when things blow up the futures markets will shut down and the crooks will walk. So its scary to short the indexes via short funds/ETFs which are futures based.

I think the best would be to short individual stocks but there's a lot of volatility in that. Maybe best just to try to hang on to cash even though its value is decreasing daily.

XOI, OIH, XLE all look topped here imo
