My husband takes cinnamon capsules- we got them from Costco. He has had some really positive results with his regimen for BP and cholesterol (and blood sugar)- but since he does many things, I don't think he would swear to any one thing. But it certainly hasn't had any adverse consequence.

I have heard of cinnamon being good for your blood sugar but have not heard of anything in regards to blood pressure. Interesting.
