OK, I overstated the point. But I bet there is a strong correlation between the two groups. Mistrust of the government is understandable, indeed advisable. But it is also important to preserve your mental balance and avoid overdoing the mistrust.

Some of the conspiracy theorizing around 9/11 blames it on the evil machinations of Israel - that's why, according to some, there were no Jews in the WTC on that day. This harks back to the rumours of a conspiracy of international Jewish bankers that were floating around Europe in the 1930s. The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, and all that. I oppose the policies of the government of Israel, but I also despise anti-Semitism.

These are difficult times, and it's important to keep your head.
