Yes it does. Should be available from your cable company for about $16 per month (including the HD charge).

I will have to get me one...I recently bought a DVD player that upconverts standard DVDs to 1080P through its HDMI port, and it does a reasonable job on my 1080P LCD...but of course it's not a native true HD like blue ray.
