and I think Nokia blundered by making the payment because it permitted Qualcomm to seek arbitration claiming that Nokia in effect exercised its option while breaching its terms by paying less. Nokia wants to string this out seeking to hurt Q's share price by withholding royalties; it unwittingly allowed Q to try to shorten the length of the contest thru arbitration. I think Q has a pretty good claim for arbitration.....HF
