I certainly hope that QCOM's patent "capture period" is suspended during this Nokia April 2007 - December 2008 option period. Sorry, HSPDA/OFDMA/and everything else QCOM invents is extra.

And BTW, giving Media-FLO free in CDMA phones is very magnamous. Anyone else giving mobile TV away free? Anyone notice, or give any credit?

And by God, even allowing QCOM patent use for GSM/EDGE improvements, if you would only use them in multi-mode GSM/EDGE/WCDMA or GSM/EDGE/CDMA phones.

Wow, what a Win-Win situation, but no NOK had to get greedy.

Side note...Maurice, I am grand-fathered without PM privileges. Thus I could not reply in the past. [Interet in meeting other QCOM San Diegans.]

Moving right along....

Did anyone notice today's extremely low volume?

A good sign in my opinion.
