Remember the Anthrax attacks? Not much said about that after it was revealed that the Anthrax was US military grade and could be traced to one of a handful of labs in the US. Black op? Seems so since the Anthrax could not be handled without killing the person unless it was handled by experts with the right equipment in a safe lab. If you sprinkled it in an envelope and trotted off to a letter drop you would be dead. Heard of any dead would be terrorists found in there apartment who died from the Anthrax in there home lab? Nope, but we would have if it ever happened.
