Ahhh yes the age old issue and the crux of the today's licensing debate. We thought this was finally resolved in 2001 when NOK agreed to license and pay royalties on wcdma after years of denial. I don't care how long this takes now. The facts are obvious and evident. But NOK is going to need outside help (arbitrators or judges) to finally face the music. I hope Q takes this the distance regardless how much time is required.
