What Faber and many others may be missing is that a Fed easing does not guarantee lower long rates and higher asset prices as almost everybody from he to Bill Gross is assuming. Fed easing is bullish only if the bond market continues to ignore mounting inflationary pressures plus surging gold prices and the dollar does not go down for the count.
