Patents in the UK action Ron, Slacker provided it (i.e. one patent but not 2) on the other board back in August 2006 when you and I were dialoguing about the patent listing ... Message 22718160 As you pointed out back then my footnotes are not correct in the listing you referenced back then (#3 for the UK missing). I'm assuming (and perhaps I shouldn't) that the 2 patents in question in the UK are the same ones filed in the QUALCOMM v, Nokia actions in Germany, France, and Italy. Best, - Eric -
