Said theoretical 'agreement' though which QUICKLY bogged down in charges of other terms being unfulfilled --- and NOTHING (not one stick...) was EVER supplied. :-)

I said the LETTER of the agreement (not the SPIRIT) wasn't violated, H-Man.

And, since the letter of the treaty covered only the *plutonium* (they had acquired from China) for bomb making), and not the possibility of mounting a totally separate, decades long, massive program to build thousands of centrifuges to process uranium to bomb grade concentrations, I believe that is fairly obvious.

IMO, a very POOR Treaty (to not ban ALL bomb making attempts), or else it should perhaps be regarded as only an interim level agreement... that needed (& should have been...) expanded upon RAPIDLY, to make it more iron-clad and comprehensive... but wasn't....
