Last year, I found a copy of a 40 year old document (written by a very distant cousin) filled with background material on some of the more obscure threads on my mother's side. Other than names, I know nothing about her grandparents, and I don't even know the names of my father's grandparents. Correction: I came across the maidan name of my father's mother last year. It does not help that three of my grandparents died before I was born. I need to get myself organized.
