There are some. Maybe 150k or so.

Uhmmm, they like it? Most are from elsewhere, so they are able to live a better life there than wherever they are from.

That's of the native population. The imported labor are mostly in the private sector. The native population isn't going to work in the private sector 6 days a week for $500 per month when they can work in government 5 days a week with loads of holidays for $4,000 per month.
