re: Its this thread that's talking about it. Bush ain't even thinking about it......his mind is on the surge. And Congress is only hinting at it. Fortunately business people are working it. The sum of government subsidies are actually working against energy independence. When they talk about the "nanny state" the children could be the politicians and the nanny could be the multi-$Billion special interests. But I smell a change coming, way to slow. Like how long it took for people to figure out the war... and how long it will still be to end it.
