MW - if they had done this when they opened the network they would have been huge, ni fact may be the biggest isp on the planet. Even now this looks to me too good to be true. I mean if you are sitting in one of the worst wireless countires in the world namely Costa Rica can you call the US for $49.99 per month and no charges to the Costa Rican telecom provider? Same for Mexico, China, Japan?

If that is true then they are going to take off immeidately as one of the biggest carriers in the World. End of roaming charges it sounds too good to be true.
