Dines was followed for 15 years in that article,...not just 2002. There were several gurus calling for higher U prices several years back. Dines must share the credit, if credit is due. My buddy teevee was a early U guru. He starting chatting up CCO partnered small caps way back here after DanP (2001) and Bearcatbob(2003) saw a glimmer of U hope.
