In my opinion Imus deserves everything he is getting.

His "thing" is to play the superior curmudgeon and to use his
abuse of others as his meal ticket. That there is an audience for this type of "entertainment" is a commentary on the ignorance and stupidity of American audiences, altogether

But there is something really BOGUS about all the uproar about Mel Gibson, Michael Richards and now Imus. America as a Nation allows a President to continue a savage war resulting in the deaths of numbers of its young men and women DAILY, AND CUMULATIVELY THE DEATH OF HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF IRAQIS, and the maiming and wounding of countless others.Relatively speaking, this is treated as UNFORTUNATE, BAD PLANNING, MISGUIDED, ILLEGAL, SOMETHING FOR WHICH FUNDING MIGHT BE REDUCED, ETC.

But it is MASS MURDER, committed by the Administration, sanctioned by both parties, and ACCEPTED BY THE POPULATION,
for the most part.

Does this country have no conscience any more?

And the "commentators" can get outraged about what someone
SAYS?

Namaste!

Jim
