laz, The defense of their country is bogus and a non-issue, if they gave back the land there wouldn't need to be a defense of anything. Pals are just asserting their rights by fighting occupation and want their land back. Too much promo of this "defense" when it's a non-issue, America is available to provide whatever "real" defense that is needed - Israel will exist, so there's no problem with defense, except they keep yelling "defense" to keep land that does not belong to Israel. So, rather than involving USA in multiple warfare against Iraq/Iran or anybody else, they should employ the USA to safeguard Israeli territory based on 1967 borders, everything then would be peaceful and the Arabs would not dare to challenge the US.
