My luck is going to run out one of these days. My cholesterol is between 135-145 and blood sugar around 95. I don't deserve the numbers I have.

Whatever works! That's better than taking those statins the docs all want to push on us. I won't take them, so I'm on the alert for alternatives. My brother brought his Cholesterol levels down around 200 from the 250 level with the CholestOFF I mentioned earlier. I've read some alternative med advice that, in spite of what conventional docs say, we really don't want our levels to drop much below 200. Lots of heart attacks occur below that level.
