Boy, Oral....please let go, and let the Docs tell you what to do and how long it will take. This isn't a macho thing...It's walking eventually, or if you don't take charge, it might be the result you want. So what if you are on a walker for a month or 6...You know that you won't always have to be... I had to use a cane after the crutches and did it for over a year...but I don't have to now, so I'm really glad I did what they told me to do...(for a change!)
