I sent an e-mail to RNG IR explaining how this deal is completely unacceptable to shareholders. The only response was that my concerns would be passed on to management.

One can only presume that they had a good laugh at (literally) my expense.

Not over with yet but probably the best that can be done is another 10 to 20 %.
Bizarre to say the least.Lundin literally steals RNG and then uses their share price boost to lever a TNK takeout.Thanks to us RNG shareholders.
