No, 990N is at it as usual. It just isn't working well today.
Feb. 27 was when it did not work either, so I'd be careful,
as Mr. Market could unleash its full fury on 990N and other
manipulators. It always does, eventually, but the exact timing is
never known and is very hard to predict. -g-

I think Feb. 27 may have been a turn date in 990N fate.
The Fed did give them more money Yesterday and Today, though.
But I think the housing mess is catching up with them too.
