Ken, before trashing: if you have DSL make sure each phone base unit has a filter installed

Gotfried's suggestion is good if do do have DSL also you could try a different channel if your phone has that capability. Something else to try is testing the phones at friend's house to see if the buzz is starting from the phones or from some interference around your house.

Follow SIer's advice and try one of the phones at a friends house. Also try completely disconnecting all three of the phones (from phone line and power line) and then connect them one at a time. There is a slim possibility that they are interfere with each other.
