"Now tell me why some in California are considering releasing a convicted murderer who's sentenced for life." Beats me. I don't live in California. We don't get much agitation to release convicted murderers. Heck, it is near impossible to get DNA evidence checked for those convicted before such checks could be made. If there is a movement in California to spring them because it is cruel to keep them behind bars, well... Some people have proven they can't live in society with the rest of us. Sucks to be them.
