Ted, I believe the dems need to study the example of "socialistic" Sweden, where after the wealth tax now also the property tax on private homes will be abolished by Jan 2008. I lieu of that Sweden will introduce a fee - capped approx. 500$ max - to the local community.
Quite similar to how private property is taxed in Italy.

That's because the rich are getting richer at the expense of the poor.

I've already shown about a half dozen times how that isn't true.
