That doesn't make any sense. I can't even say its wrong, it doesn't communicate the idea well enough for me to know if its right or wrong.

What's so amazing about it? In the greater NY area, how many Israelis are there at any one point in time? I'm guessing tens of thousands. One of 'em would likely have a video camera at the time or able to get one quickly say out of a car trunk or something. The 911 towers stood for sometime - plenty of time for people to go fetch cameras.
