George, Ericsson is acting in concert of action with Nokia, in an effort to portray Qualcomm as the problem. Their "Qualcomm v The Industry" line will appear in print time and time again, because it is calculated.

Funny how he also doesn't compare how royalties are structured in the CDMA / W-CDMA world with those in the GSM world, where his point is made in spades.
