Actually, I am a libertarian. You have to understand what a footprint means though. Since man began clearing the forests to raise crops, it's been clear he / she needed a certain amount of land and resources to survive. The hunter gatherers like the USA Native Indians needed even bigger territories to survive. So the idea of a footprint is not exactly "Rocket Science". I own gold and silver miners.
