I pay attention to those jerks all the time. You tell me what going after the Boy Scouts has to do with "defending" the Constitution. They defend NAMBLA, who are all to be openly despised and ran off the face of the Earth, and then go after an organization that promotes service, citizenship and Faith. All because the scouts don't allow homosexuals in positions of leadership nor openly declared atheists membership. The ACLU is a hairy wart on an otherwise beautiful face. They are despicable in most things they stand for. Occassionally they and I will agree on defending the same thing, most times, they are irresponsible scums, defending those who should not be.
