So when we bomb people, we're a Christian nation, but when we try to pass a law that reflect any Biblical value whatsoever, we can't do that because we're a secular nation that believes in separation of church and state?

I won't even go into the implication of your statement and how it empowers those who think America deserved 9/11 ...

One doesn't have to go back 100s of years. Five years ago, the Irish Catholics were still bombing the hell out of the Irish Prots. The Tamil Tigers who are either Christian or Hindu are still doing their killing. Nigerian Christians have attacked and slaughtered Nigerian Muslims as recently as two years ago. Violent behavior is not the exclusive domain of the Muslims.
