It shames me that my country supports that crime.

Not that I believe in "Judea and Sammaria". And, to be blunt about it, I detest the dogmatic, self righteous orthodoxy in Judaism as much as I detest the same type in Islam and Christianity. They are among the worst people in the world, IMHO--such incredible pretensions.

However, that said, there are many, many more things to feel far more "shame" about the US than this particular phenomena. King Hussein killed more Palestineans in 1970 (I think it was) than Israel has killed since 1974. And he kicked out thousands and thousands of the Palestineans who lived. Which set up Lebanon's civil war and instability that has lasted until today. Assad killed more Syrians in 1983 (I think it was, sorry it's late, I'm not going to bother looing up the years, close enough for my purpose here) than Israel has killed since 1974. True, "your country" doesn't support Syria, doesn't even talk to them, but we do support Jordan, and did back then as well.

Get some perspective.
