I'm watching several homebuilders.

I have a few, just a few, shares of DHI remaining (from maybe 1998). I'll consider adding if stock drops again below 20.

I recently bought a very few share of Meritage (MTH)

Almost bought a few KBH yesterday, but I'm a little afeard, so I held back.

I'm looking at PHM. If I can get it somewhere under book value, (another point or two lower), I'll maybe go for a few shares.

I have several others on my watch list also.

I'm looking at TWP now. Jeez though, you got to have plenty of nerve to step into stocks like Trex at this point that are so dependent on the home remodel/new build market.

Maybe for a few shares tho'..., might work out okay if one can ride out the cycle. ...assuming it is a cycle and that there'll eventually be a recovery in business prospects.

Any opinions on this one?
