What is the price per unit cap, above which no royalties are paid?Having a lineup skewed to the WCDMA high end, that could be relevant.It is inconceivable to me that either company is literally lying. That makes Nokia`s public statements all the more manipulative, given the confidentiality of terms. On the other hand, it would narrow the scope of the disagreement if "true", and further exposes Nokia`s combativeness as being unrelated to the inhibition of WCDMA adoption.
