Two months into the Baghdad security drive, the gains Mr. Bush is banking on have not materialized. More American soldiers continue to arrive, and their commanders are talking about extending the troop buildup through the fall or into early next year. After four years, the political trend is even more discouraging. There is no possible triumph in Iraq and very little hope left.

Unuh, no way. You ain't spinning this kenny. The only reason you post this crap is to try & reinforce some imaginary "case" you have against Bush. You try & come here and try him in the court of public opinion. I'm calling it out as BS and calling you out appearing to enjoy these figures way too much to actually "mourn" our losses. Further, you cannot infer anything of the sort about me. My posts simply deal with how your posts reflect on you. I have not given a position on this topic. Guns, scouts, the Dems in general, you know my positions. You know I do not blindly support or follow Bush. But, like AS, you assume that because I disagree with your particular slant on things, that I HAVE to support the diametric opposite of your views. This is where your inferences, insights and arguments trying to involve my positions on the topic in question fall short. All you know is I disagree with you, to what extent you have no idea.
