bm- actually my guess based on nothing but hunch is that whenever a settlement is reached the few days before hand will see the stock slide and many weak holders bailing. When the announcement comes, if it comes, the stock will jump and we will all say why didn't we buy whenit was dirt cheap in the $40s.

No volume for the last 10 days and very low volume this morning. The market is indicating that not much is happening.
