Uh, yes. I can't stand malpractice lawyers. So many encourage a client to sue, without merit, counting on the doctor's insurance company to settle because it is cheaper. Of course they take their 30% cut. Disgusting!

I don't think all lawsuits are bad either but some of things I read about him had me thinking con artist.

The channeling of the spirit of a dead victim (don't recall if accident or malpractice) really got to me.

The guy's a shill.
