Tell me when she will have the Duke players on? The Duke players went through an ordeal that didn't have to happen, but in the end justice prevailed. Our founding fathers saw all this stuff coming. They put in a lot of checks and balances so that no one is above the law. It is not efficient to have all these checks and balances, but we have to have them. The Duke players had the resources to fight the injustice, but there are countless number of people without the resources in jail and on death row because of overzealous prosecutors.
