No the Prosecutor should pay the freight for the legal bills. And Duke should pay for the year they lost in a cash refund their tuition, and give them a totally free education including residence and meals for as long as they want to stay in school. If they want multiple Doctorates, it should be paid for by Duke and at any school the boys choose.
