If you feel so safe around black felons because they aren't really felons, I suggest moving to one of the SE neighborhoods in DC and see how nice these non-felons are to you. They are just nice boys, yea right.

At least it is to the so-called “Brady Campaign To Stop Gun Violence.” They bought a full page ad in the Washington Post claiming that: "HATE HAS FOUND A HOME IN THE NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION." The ad went on to offer partial quotes from NRA Board members or employees who, if correctly quoted, were merely speaking candidly. What was so hateful? One example offered was a partial quote from NRA Researcher, Paul Blackman, who is quoted as follows: "In fact, studies of homicide victims -- especially the increasing number of younger ones -- suggest they are frequently criminals themselves and/or drug addicts or users. It is quite possible that their deaths, in terms of economic consequences to society, are net gains." RACIAL DEMOGRAPHICS -- not gun ownership or poverty -- is what really matters in explaining higher rates of violent crime in America's cities. Blacks, as a group, are far more violent than Whites. White people did not move out to the suburbs in the 1950s and 60s because their neighborhoods were becoming safer, but in large part due to well-founded fears about violent crime committed by Blacks moving into previously all-White locales. Blacks and White liberals expect us to ignore reality and call us "hateful" or "racist" when we speak truthfully about the correlation between race and violent crime. The fact is… Nationwide: Black males between the ages of 14 and 24 comprise 1.1% of the U.S. population but commit 27% of all homicides. Blacks in America commit violent crimes at four to eight times the White rate; 90% of interracial crimes of violence are Black-on-White; and Blacks are 50 times more likely than Whites to commit an interracial crime of violence. Here in Maryland: Predominantly White counties (where firearms ownership is commonplace) tend to have per capita homicide rates lower than either the state or national averages. See the 2002 Table Of Maryland Crime Statistics by County (In PDF). With majority-Black populations, Baltimore City and Prince George's County have per capita homicide rates (38.86 and 17.59, respectively) much higher than the statewide average of 9.96 per 100,000. Combined, these jurisdictions account for 74.62% of homicides committed in Maryland, while they have only 27.42% of the state’s population. Baltimore City and P.G. County give the State a per capita homicide rate much higher than the national average of 5.6 per 100,000. Residents of P.G. County have per capita annual incomes ($23,360) higher than the national average ($21,587) but in 2002 that county had a per capita homicide rate (17.59 per 100,000) more than three times the national average (5.6). The county is 62.7% Black. Baltimore city has a higher than average rate of poverty (22.9% of the population) and a population that is 64.3% Black. Its per capita homicide rate in 2002 (38.86 per 100,000) is closer to that of South Africa (47.4) than to the State of Maryland (9.96). Firearms ownership is commonplace in Allegany and Garrett Counties. In 2002, those counties had per capita homicide rates of zero. Even their respective five year averages of 1.35 and 1.34 are far lower than the national average (5.6) or that of the State (9.96). These two counties have rates of poverty of 14.8% and 13.3%, respectively, much higher than the statewide average of 8.5%. However, Allegany and Garrett Counties also have populations that are overwhelmingly White, at 93% and 98.8%, respectively. Most gun owners are White. They suffer the most from restrictions on gun ownership that not only infringe upon a Constitutional right but also deprive them of a practical and effective means of self defense against interracial crimes of violence perpetrated by non-Whites. Don't just complain -- GET RACIALLY CONSCIOUS. and… if you’re from the UK vote BNP in June’s EP election.
