What are you talking about? How are houses sinks for CO2? And food production?

Studies show that only rain forests are a significant CO2 sink, not cultivated land or even natural forests. As we clear the rain forests, we are decreasing the CO2 sinks. This is actually an argument for YOUR side, in that so-called 'carbon offsets' that plant regular trees (and not in rain forests) may have a minimal impact on offseting CO2.

Since we can't make any more oceans, it's clear that we're reducing the sinks while increasing the sources. And accumulating CO2. And experiencing ever increasing warming.
