Political is the best way, absolutely. Trouble is, political changes are slow, and they are probably not going to change fast enough to help Q out of their problems now. I am afraid they are on their own for this huge, ongoing fight. We shall see just how good their legal system really is...they have no choice other than to spend whatever it takes on defending their IPR...it's pretty much all they have.

homeland security threats alone could be enough to wake congress to the looming problem of stolen communications IPR.

Write your Congressman and Senators; copy them with the Gilder article. American law is out of touch and presently incapable of dealing with problems such as the Gang of Six are exploiting.
