Actually the Grand mufti's brother the Grand Mufti was in favour of the jews moving to Palestine. He thought it would make everyone rich. The Muslims in arabic lands had lived in harmony with the Jews for generations, which is logical when you think of the similarities in their religions. Yes the Muslims had on occasion killed Jews, but in general treated them better than Christians did. When the Grand Mufti joined the nazi party and started to raise Muslim troops for hitler he got an agreement to wipe out the jews in Arab countries. The mass murder of Serbian orthodox Christians is one of the accomplishment of the Muslim battalions and the reason behind the killing of Bosnian Muslims.
